Using Slido within the Webex app allows you to view the presentation and Q&A side by side in a single interface.
There are two options for using Slido to ask questions and view responses. There are no additional downloads for Slido. Q&A will be managed using Slido which is now part of Webex. Unlike most OhioLINK webinars, attendees at the RFP vendor webinars will not be able to unmute themselves and ask questions, or post questions in the Chat window. Tip: If you need to edit your login name after you log in, click your name in the "Participants" panel to edit. Once you have logged in, please double-check that your full name and institution appears in the right-hand "Participants" panel. Anyone logged in without an institution name will be removed from the Webex. Attending as a group? Please use your institution name instead of an individual’s name. We need this information to administer Q&A smoothly. You must use your full name, institution name, and institutional email address when logging into the webinar. 
The webinar will begin allowing participants to join at approximately 9:20am EDT.To open the webinar via a browser, click the Join button.If a browser window opens instead, please click on the prompt or select Launch Webinar.If this is your first OhioLINK Webex, please consider joining even earlier.Īfter downloading the Webex app, the webinar should open automatically when you select the link. Tip: You may want to start Webex at least five minutes before the meeting to ensure that any Webex downloads or updates complete before the presentation begins.
